Microwave Fudge

So what to do when its 9pm and the kid announces he has to sell "stuff" at the cake sale scheduled for 8am the next day? A fool proof and almost flop proof recipe to save the day.

1 can full cream condensed milk
100 g margarine
500 ml castor sugar
5ml vanilla essence

Combine margarine, condense milk and sugar in a deep microwaveable container.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Microwave for a further 10 minutes, stopping to stir at 2 minute intervals.
Add vanilla essence, stir and place into a lightly greased container to set. Before it hardens cut into required squares.

Warning! The bowl and fudge mixture gets very hot. Children are to be supervised at all times!
